Terms of Service

Chapter 1 [General Provision]

Article 1 (Objectives)

These terms of service are geared to identifying the rights, obligations and necessary points between the “Changeall (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) and users related to “Mori service” the company provides.     

Article 2 (The definition of the term)

The definitions of terms used in the terms of service follow as:   
1)    “Mori (hereinafter referred to as “the service”) is the service in which lectures done in a foreign language are interpreted simultaneously in such events as a multi-language conference by using mobile devices. In addition, one can download the presentations, the notices of the organizer through the service.        
2)    “The user” refers to a person who agrees to the terms of service the company provides and is endowed with the right of use.

3) “App Store (Open Market) operator refers to all of on lone commerce providers which install service and payment system (including operators to provide payment system) (for instance, Google Player, Apple AppStore, SettleBank, Allehmarket, UPlus. AppMarket, etc.)   

4) “Membership withdrawal” refers to the indication of the termination of use of the service.  

5) The definitions used in the terms of service follow what relevant regulations specify except what is defined in Article 1.  

Article 3 (The Effects and Modifications of the Terms of Service)

1) The company clarifies the terms of service.

2) The terms of service take effect at the same time when the user uses the service, and if the user does not agree to the terms of service, he or she can withdraw his or her service agreement.   

3) The company can modify the terms of service in so far as they do not violate related regulations.

4) The modified terms of service specify the application day, the contents of modification and the reason for modification and take effects from the modification day after the notification before from 15 days before up to the day before the application day (however, in the case of the modification of the terms of service before 30 days of the modification day) 

5)  The user has a right to disagree to the modified terms of service and if he or she does not agree with the terms of service, he or she can suspend the use of service and withdraw the service. 

6)  If the user does not clearly show “refusal” at the time of notification or the use continues to use the service, the use is considered to agree to the modified terms of agreement.  

Chapter 2 [Use]

Article 4 (The Establishment of the Use of Service)

1) The agreement of service use is established when a person who wants to use the service agrees with the terms of service and use the service. 

 

Article 5 (The Subscription of Service and Account)

1)The user can subscribe to the service based on the method the company provides.

2)The company provides an account with a personal ID to the user when he or she subscribes to the service.   

3)The company carries out the management task through the information of the account.

4)The user should take care of his or her account in earnest. The use is responsible for damages incurred by neglecting management of his or her account or giving a consent to the third party to use his or her account. 

Article 6 (Protection and Management of Personal Information)

1)When the user provides information to the company, he or she should provide only true information and any disadvantages arising from his or her providing false information cannot be protected.

2) The company shall endeavor to protect the personal information of the user specified in relevant regulations.

3) Concerning the protection and the use of the personal information of the user, it is subject to the relevant regulations and the policy of processing personal information notified separately by the company.

Article 7 (Obligations of the Company)

1) The company will observe the relevant regulations and laws, and carry out the exercise of the rights and obligations specified in the terms of service in earnest based on trust.

2) The company endeavors to make its utmost in order to provide continuous and stable services.

3) The company endeavors to make its utmost to make sure that the user uses services in convenience.

4) In case that the company considers the opinions or complaints the user raises justifiable and objectively acceptable, the company shall make efforts to address them in prompt within days deemed reasonable.

Article 8

1) User shall not engage with the any of the acts corresponding to the following clauses and when the user finds other users suspect of violating following clauses shall report to the company, using e-mail. 

(1)   The act of stealing the account information of other users or the act of misrepresenting as the manager of the company 

(2) The act of obstructing the operation of service in the course of using the service by reporting false information to the company.

(3) The act of transferring the account assigned by the company to others

(4)  The act of commercially using the information obtained from the service of the company by duplicating and distributing it without the prior consent of the company.

(5)  The act of infringing on the rights of the company and the third party, such as intellectual property rights and portrait rights including copyrights  

(6) The act of collecting, saving, distributing and showing personal information without consent   

(7) The act of obstructing the operation of company’s service by manipulating the data in an unusual way.  

(8)The act of sending, showing, distributing, and using the data including software virus, or other computer codes, files, and programs designed to obstruct and thwart the normal operation of the computer ware, hardware, electrical communication device.

(9)  The act of modifying and using the services through hacking the server, divulging data and bugs. 

(10) The act of violating relevant regulations and laws, terms of using service, the policy of operation

(11) The act of violating public orders and morals or engaging in illegal and inappropriate behaviors

(12) The company may restrict the use of service for a specified period when the user violates the standard of the use of service defined in Clause 1 and cause the disruption of the company’s service.

(13) The company will not reimburse the user for the damages caused by the restriction of the use when its policy is justified.

Article 9

1) The company will keep providing service unless special disturbances occur in business and technology.

2) The company can interrupt its services for a specific period if there are needs for such as regular system checks, in which case the company notify the contents and time. However, if there are some reasons for the company not to notify it in advance, the service can be terminated without notice.

3) The company can correct, add, delete all or part of services provided when deemed necessary in operation of the services such as new services, a variety of bug patches. However, if the company notify them in advance, it will do it afterwards.

4) The company can suspend all of services under the circumstances such as the planning of a new service or operation. However, the service can be suspended without notice under the circumstances beyond the company’s control.  

Article 10 (Posting of Advertisement)

1) The company can post advertisements in the service in order to maintain the service.

2) The company shall not be held liable for any loss or damage caused the user’s participation in or transactions with the third party advertised on the service.  

Article 11 (Termination of the Agreement)

1) The user can terminate the agreement of use through the withdrawal of the membership when he or she does not want the use of service, and the user cannot cancel the withdrawal and restore the withdrawn account after applying for the withdrawal.

2) The withdrawal of the account and the deletion of the personal information is completed 7 days after applying for the withdrawal.

3) The user can re-enroll in the service after completing the account withdrawal.        

Chapter 3 [Purchase/Download]

Article 12 (The Purchase of Mori)

1) The user can purchase (download) Mori in accordance with the policy of App Store (Open Market). In this case, depending on the payment policy of the App Store (Open Market) operator, the amount of payment may vary.     

2)The user can use Mori only in his or her account, and the user cannot transfer, rent or sell it to a third party.

Article 13 (Cancellation of Purchase )

1) Mori the user purchased (downloaded) can be cancelled within 7 days from the purchase day without any additional fee.  

2) The company will cancel the purchase based on the confirmation of personal information and purchase details, which are provided by the applicant for the cancellation of the purchase. The company may demand additional evidence to make sure of the appropriate reasons for the user’s cancelling purchase. (For example, the personal information registered to the platform operator, the details of purchase at App Store or payment, documents confirming that the purchase is made by others against the intention of the customer (the proof of family relation, etc.)       

3) The cancellation of Mori’s purchase may be restricted in the following cases.

(1) 7 days after the purchase of Mori

(2) The case in which it is impossible to identify information such as the details of purchase because the user withdrew the service.

Article 14 (Refund)

1) In case the user cancels purchase in accordance with Article 14, the company withdraws corresponding Mori without delay and proceed to refund within 3 business days from the day of the cancellation of the purchase.

2) When the company delay refund to the user, the company pays the interest of delay prescribed by the Electronic Commerce Act. However, in case the refund is delayed due to reasons attributed to the user or the policy of the payment company, the interest of delay will not be paid.         

3) If the user cannot use purchased Mori due to the fault of the company, the amount of money will be refunded in full regardless of the date of the purchase.

4) Refund is proceeded in accordance with refund policies of the company and the operators of App Store.    

Chapter 4 [Others]

Article 15 (Compensation for Damage)

If the user causes damage to the company or the third party by violating the terms specified in the terms of service, the user shall indemnify the damage to the company or a third party.    

Article 16 (Limitations of Liability)

The company shall be exempted from liability for damages caused by the obstruction, modification and suspension of service except when it is caused by the intention of the company or gross negligence

Article 17 (Regulations other than the Terms of Service)

1) In regard to the issue of interpretation not specified in these terms of service, the interpretation shall be governed by relevant regulations such as the Electrical Commerce Act, Terms and Conditions Regulations Act, Information and Communication Network Act, and Contents Industry Promotion Act.

2) In addition to these terms, the company may have other individual terms such as operation policy and privacy policy.

Article 18 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

1) The suit filed by the company or the user is governed by the law of the Republic of Korea.

2) For disputes arising between the company and the user related to the use of the service, the court governing the company’s address shall be the jurisdiction.

These terms of service take effect from October 01, 2021
